Robot Gridiron
A long-arc football management game where every player is a robot — and every robot started life as an undifferentiated blank chassis.
You're not on the field. You're the front office.
You call the plays. You decide who plays where. You shape your roster through upgrades, trades, and a living marketplace. You watch your robots take the field and try to win.
You don't tackle, throw, or block. You make decisions — and the simulation honors them. Strategy is the gameplay. Twitch is not.
Robots grow. And eventually, they fade.
Every robot in your starting roster is mechanically identical: a blank chassis with the lowest possible value in every stat. No one is a born quarterback. No one is a born anything. What gives a robot identity is what you invest in them.
Over seasons, you watch them develop. Slowly, your investments compound. A chassis becomes a competent role player, then a star, then an aging veteran whose body is failing but whose understanding of the game is sharper than ever.
Eventually every robot declines. You'll build robots that peak hard and burn out fast. You'll build patient workhorses that anchor your line for many years. You'll fall in love with some of them. You'll make hard decisions about when to let them go.
That's the game.
